which is better old google analytics or beta ?(why is beta a day behind old version)

many of you must have had a experince of both interfaces but i would like to know which one was good


and why the latest stats in beta interface a day behind i mean why is it showing the stats of previous to previous day and not the last day

is it happening with you all

 

the old interface was sometimes a day behind too....I like the new interface...it is very simple and easy to understand...one of the problems with the old interface was that most of the useful information was hidden.

 

New interface is really good and more user friendly than the old one.

 

clark, as its more user fiendly can you tell me how to do these things?

1) Hourly traffic
2) Show how many uniques from google search or any site for that matter

i really like the new interface. defo the new one is better i think.

 

I second that, especially #1. I put it in as a feature request, it sucks, because in the old one, at least you knew if you had a low amount of traffic "oh, it's only processed up to 8am so far." Now you just don't know till the next day. Which is fine, except for the obsessive. =)

I know under visitors and traffic you can see how many hits from google, but i don't know about UNIQUES from google.

 

thats why i have added two codes so that i get hourly upates too

but no one told why its a day behind

 

i have used the old interface for a long time and i need so many time to use the new interface. i prefer the old one

 

Old one was better....easier to see the same day's stats....

 

I tried the new interface with a sincere desire to check its features and see if I would enjoy it more.
Honnestly, the previous interface was more intuitive and clearer.
The "Executive Overview" (what you see as a first glance) was perfect in the previous interface.
