While I think #2 is the best, I would nitpick just slightly and say that Song Title + Artist + Website Title would be better.

 

From my perspective, it looks like you are trying to rank for both the name of the video, plus your main keyword at the same time in the title. Word of advice here, and I can tell you that this works wonders for me.

The deeper in your content that you go, try to focus on those keywords instead of your main site keyword. So, if your page has that Britney Spears video, then use that in your title. The keyword "Free Music Videos" is extremely broad, so narrow it down for the internal content completely.

I could just use the artist, then the song title, but maybe look at adding "Music Video" at the end of it to help search combos in the Search Engines. However, dont use the main site keyword in its entirety in your deeper pages, that would just serve to dilute your keyword potential.

I still suggest for the 3 option as it the best way to gain first position for long tail keywords. I do have some of my slides ranking in first position for about 6 months.
