Which is better for me to learn and why? - Judo or Karate.

karate..you don't have to get your clothes dirty when beating up somebody

 

i know judo..i think kickboxing is better, you should also now ho to hit your enemy

 

Both of martial arts is quite interesting to learn. It depend on your physical condition, since at that ages a lot of constraint will appeared especially when you mental is not ready.

I had stop my taekwando train at age 24 and right now keep maintain my stamina by myself.
so both are importnt.

 

Karate are better than Judo.

 

You might want to ask permission from both the Karate and Judo sensei to try out their training for a lesson to get a feel of which you prefer.

Personally, I'd take Judo. I prefer grappling, than striking. But a good mix of both will be good.

 

Go for kick boxing and you will be amazed at what you can do to opponents

 

I think you should go with Karate.
