Which is Better Filtering or Segmentation in GA?

    Do you know when there is a need to do filter instead of a segment? GA. In order to know the exact estimate or the isolated data?

    both are better. Depends on your requirement, if you want to avoid visits from your own IP then filter is good, If you wanna know the specific demographic area then segment is better.
