Which is better - .com.cn or .cn?

Anyone has experience with China domains?

Considering using english domain names, which is better .com.cn or .cn?
How about if domain name is in chinese?

 

I would definitely choose a .cn domain over .com.cn because .com.cn is more to type in, not as popular, and not really visitor friendly. However, if you find a top premium domain in .com.cn that you can't get in .cn and you plan on developing it, go with it I guess. I would still prefer .cn though.

 

Why want a .cn domain if your business isn't there.
.info is also cheap.

 

Definately a .cn is better than a .com.cn, 2nd level ccTLDs are always better.

.cn is best if you just targeting China market otherwise just go for .com.

 

.cn is preferred over .com.cn

 

Coz Its Short

 

Unless you want to have traffic exclusive from China .cn will not be too good an option.

 

I would choose .cn
