Which is better, CB or CJ?

    I use clickbank alot, but I'm considering switching to commision junction - how does CJ compare to CB? Better or worse payout %? Better or worse conversion rates? etc? :)

    I dont have too much spare time .. and I find that its better to concentrate all efforts on 1 thing, rather than trying to do too many things at once :) So I want to choose just one of the networks ...

    They're entirely different programs. I mean, CJ is full of a lot of mainstream products from major corporations, while ClickBank consists mostly of ebooks and software downloads. The choice for which one is best for you probably depends on what type of sites and promotional methods you're using rather than the affiliate programs themselves.

    they are very different networks... i work with both and more often find a way to upsell both CJ merchants and clickbank.

    i have to say i am starting to move away from CJ but they still have a few merchants I need to promote

    so the answer to your Q, is look at and work with both :)

    Both are the top 2 affiliate networks, in my opinion. It's very hard to compare them because CB is for digital products and CJ is for physical products.

    CB is waaaaay better than CJ because the money will be on your account right after the transaction! No more waiting, worrying and hoping CJ credit your sale/lead, on CJ sometimes or lot of times leads don't show up and that's is it, you cant complain because it may be "tracking" or "cookie" problems on their end, the problem on CB is that most products sucks, at least its my opinion, but CB pays out 2 times per month.

    I am hoping to find a good product on CB to start a big campaign, I like CJ because they are big and you know they wont close the doors anytime soon but I am leaving them because their damn tracking system. If you don't have problems with CJ tracking system, leads not showing up stuff like that, then CJ is great...

    It depends on how you like their workstyle, I guess. Its true that cj have problem woth the tracking system, but there's also some problem with clickbank process to send our check. There could be some delay, and they dont answer the emails.

    Both very different networks with different products and target market. CB is more of a eBook junk store and CJ has a wide variety of products and services being promoted by many merchants. As mentioned above, you can join both sites and promote products/services from both of them. I think CJ is a little more professional and is aimed at providing products and services you commonly find and CB is more of the get rich quick eBook store or eBooks to help people solve problems.
