Yes agree, those on my wordpress.com typically go PR3 without me doing much efforts in the promotions.

It depends on how you use it.

If you publish original articles then both will work for you.

If you plan on it being solely as a means of redirecting traffic to another site and you're not careful on how you do it, then HubPages won't work for you. The rules are strict. But the results from that is seeing it grow into a strong site.

Wordpress would do it, yet if you are limited to the other two only, then i would take Blogger as you can make like 20 blogs under 1 username :D

    Only if...

    a) Your hubs HubScore drops below 50, and/or...

    b) Your AuthorScore is under 75.

Acquaint yourself to the Rules. That's a hub I wrote by the way. Some find it handier and easier to understand than the site FAQ :D

If you can limit the amount of links going out to the same domain in the one article and also use original content, and with as little as a couple of unique visitors a day you should see it rise easily into 70+ HubScore.

Unique and useful content will see if indexed by Search Engines easier too, so it shouldn't be too hard for it to get a trickle of traffic.
