Which is better, whether a Article with links on the detail pages or just deeplinks
    in PHPLD?

I heard most of them say a article about a website is good on link detail pages as it generates unique content when compared to deeplinks which does not have any unique content!

    Is it true?

An article with deep links is better imo.

I'd go for an article with a link embedded just as long as the article isn't released too much.

Otherwise I tend to stay away from both unless the deeplink has real potential in being picked upi by the big G.

    Yes, its true

But u have to keep in mind that the article is not duplicated from any other source.

An article with deep links is WAY better

IMHO if you have article go with embedded links only in resource if its for other benifits but you can also have deep links in the resource box,

I would have thought an article. But if the deep links where contextual that might be different.

I have both right now on one of my directories and in the process of getting articles converted over to phpld structure so that I will have more articles that I can add a few at a time

The problem is I have both article and deeplinks mods

that is you can submit an article along with a listing

Whether it would be better if I write articles for them?

If you are getting deeplinks from web directory or article directory is better in views of seo.

Submit your site's deep links in deep link directories listed at http://directorycritic.com/deep-links-directory-list.html

Submit your articles with deep links in article directories listed at http://expertseogroup.blogspot.com/2007/06/list-of-useful-article-directories.html

Contextually embedded links are probably the best medicine for SEO, thats what i heard and thats what i believe in!

I also offer a similar service on my Advertising Blog, because i believe the more content you add with the deep links the better the Search Engine crawls it.

contextual deep links are always better, as search engines better pull up links when then get unique content arround it!

    go for the article option!:)

so, what if the submitter just wants to submit an go ?

If i saw a requirement to post a 500 word article just to get my deeplinks, i would probably move on to the next directory on my list

    just me i guess

And , no, i would not be happy for anyone to write an article an then place my deeplinks in it

No need to post an article

Just a directory owner can write an article for him and submit it.
