What is difference between <meta name="Title" content="" and <title> tags I have seen these form of title being used and I want to know which is better.

Do you have valid practical knowledge about this?

I got many answers that this is better that is better but I want verified answer.

I do not know which one is better,but , use <title> more than <meta="title">

 

It's not hard to search on Google, I told that I got many answers but I want verified if some one has done practical for that.

 

between <meta name="Title" content="" and <title> tags I think meta title will be more efficient because title or tags or keywords or images which are come with meta are easy to get crawled by spider or crawler or google Bot. it my point of view.So anyone have another idea can share with me.
