So you're going to just sell themes or do custom work? I guess you could use frameworks too like Genesis or Thesis. If you're looking for just themes you could always hit Theme Forest to select the best theme that will fit each client's needs.
Are you referring to themes for your own website? I think most of your clients would appreciate a custom theme instead of a publicly available one since your business is about web development.
