    Hello DP members,

I am India based IT service provider; I provide services like Website design, Development, Directory submissions etc. I want to provide my clients Toll Free Number for my sales and Voip based phone to call US/Canada/UK for my after sale services.

Which one is the best Voip service provider Affordable and good quality?

I am not very much aware of this market segment so if some one have previous experience or information regarding this issue? Please share.

    Thanks
    D Maind(WM7)

well im in the UK and i use Vonage, not many problems with it, but you do have to check your account from time to time to see if they havent charged you for something you didnt call. Also calls to mobiles are very expensive.

I use Packet8. They don't get a lot of press, but their pricing and service is outstanding. And no, I don't work for Packet8. :)

FreeCall is good. It has free calling to USA, Canada, etc. Though there are certain conditions for this, but I think the rates are pretty decent.

I will suggest you go for a hosted PBX Service or you can setup one at your office at a very cheap rate
