    I think it is difficult to search for that kind of bank which give access to non US residents , I think You will need SSN to signup for bank account in US - From where you will get this number ?

    Certain debitcards are available which offer a feature that will allow non-us residents to transfer PayPal funds to the card. VMI was one example of this. There are others available. ;)
