    Hey I'm from India and this what I get to see when I open Wupload - This site has been blocked as per instructions from Department of Telecom (DOT) .

    Even with non US, UK traffic you can get decent amount of money daily.

    Try using some proxy or alternative DNS servers to unblock.

    Filesonic is best in industry, I am using it.
    I don't know why wupload is blocked. You can contact your internet service provider.
