Which is best solution for this type of site CMS or No

    I am planning to make Streaming Anime/Movie site . do you recommend using CMS like Joomla? or no? i am thinking that Joomla is an overkill for this one ? post your insights please :)

    You will probably be best off using blogging software and posting the videos using that. It seems quite common for what you are trying to achieve.
    Blogger or Wordpress will do.

    I agree that using some type of CMS will make things easier for you in the long run. You probably don't need something as robust as joomla for a simple video sharing/commenting site.

    I would go with wordpress. It has a ton of different modules you can add to it.
