I need to know the gateway which should protect the rights of vendors! - The gateway which do not refund at same time as the client call for refunds, he gives option to solve the issue with supplier first! - (2checkout gives easy refunds) Suggest the gateway which should be vendor friendly when doing refunds! - vendor should be given option to show that products or services are delivered before the refunds are executed

Hello, Paypal do not makes refunds at same time, he gives chance to the vendor to solve the issue with the buyer! Is there any other payments gateway which provides facility to solve the issue before refunds! (2checkout refunds at same time)
