Every one is telling that getting one way link for your site is the best way to get good PR in google.But from last 1 year i am trying to build one way link for my Jewelry site. But i am unable to find the site which are ready to give me one way link(3 Way Link) in back i am ready to give them link on my jewelry related blogs with pr 2+.

In my opinion fastest and cheapest way to increase the PR is posting relevant comments to relevant blogs.. That way you can get enormous number of backlinks in a very short time.
