Which is best in terms of SEO?

So I'm looking for a free CMS script to manage articles and a couple of static pages. I want something nice with many themes available, and that is quite simple on the front-end.

I came across the following that I really like (in order of favoritism):
    PHP-Fusion - http://www.php-fusion.co.uk/news.php
    sNews - http://www.snewscms.com/
    MODx - http://www.modxcms.com/
    Jaws - http://www.jaws-project.com/

Of those, sNews right off the bat seems to be the most SEO friendly in it's URL structure (site.com/category/article_name) which is essentially exactly what I want.

But PHP-Fusion seems to be very elegant and professional-looking and loaded with features (which is another thing I want).

If you have any experience with any of these, please share your thoughts on the CMS and it's SEO compatibility.

If you don't have any experience with these but know of a professional-looking, powerful but simple for the end-user, and is very-much SEO compatible, please feel free to suggest it here.

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards,
    Nick
