No doubt the adsense manager is best plugin for wordpress, but you can digg out more, just type the this thread head in to google and you will receive list of them.

adsense manager and adsense deluxe are best ads plugin but i like to place manually becoz of mysql resources.

 

Depends on how you define what is "best" and what features you're looking for. To be honest, copying and pasting the code works best in my opinion. Why add in Yet Another Plugin when you don;t need it?

theapparatus@ thanks for your help. I think there is no need to download a plugin.

 

That's cool. I'm part of the "Yet Another Plugin" crowd who thinks editing what's already there is best. When you add in "YAP" you;re slowing down your site as it has to read those files yet again.
