Which is the best forum as per SEO.

vBulletin or PHPBB

I have noticed some forum in .html it means these it is static. It will be more seo friendly and is easy to promote its each and every pages.

 

I have no idea of this. But if I choose the option the I go for vbulletin. Even digital point also using vbulletin.

 

.html is not as important , you can see most of the DP threads while you search. So you can go with vBulletin
