    Hiii .....I would like to give the answer according to the SEO point of view...Forum Posting,Directory Submission and Blog Commenting are the tools which have their own importance.These three are part of OFF PAGE OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUES and SEO use all these three tools.Most effective for getting back links and higher PR is Forum Posting and Blog Commenting...
