    I feel Google is alot easier to use because its straight forward and does not have as many ads posted everywhere. On the otherhand there are specialist at Yahoo answers to help answer questions. So who cares about the looker more.

    Google is better as in search engine.

    Yahoo is good for other things or maybe just average, like Yahoo Answers.

    Yahoo search results are good too but people are use to of Google and find no reason to look for other search engines because they are satisfied.

    I think no one is their too beat Google right now . Yahoo works on many sides they have their own website and other sources too but Google mainly work on search engine quality . Because goggle know that most of their processes are working just because of Google search engine .

    Well Yahoo has some major problem indexing its own pages ... and f course they do support a smaller database than google - the google rankning requires a lot of space and CPU time ...

    Well the one to beat google can be MSN LIve search - they are coming back - maybe in a year or so unless they are not interested in the market ... anyway they have the means to do it ...

    yeah, for searching reasons, I always prefer google, BUT if you are promoting your website or something, you should NEVER NEVER ignore other search engines small or big.

    I get always better results by Google. I do not understand, sometimes Yahoo cannot show its own services in the search results if I am looking for them then I visit Google and I find them easier by there.

    I use Yahoo as my first search engine because I get paid 0.02p $0.04 per search…..

    So there is a reason why I to use Yahoo :D
