Hi, I havn't gone through with any zoho or freshbooks for invoices. Personally i prefer affordable and quicker payment options. For my businesses i m using Handdy Invoices. This software is quite simple and easy to use and also having 21 inbuilt payment features.
I used Zoho for a couple of years until we got too big and Quickbooks made more sense. It was a great program, easy to use & brand, and the price was right.
