    All indian debit cards are not working with paypal.You can use only credit card.

    No mate, I don't think that paypal accept any debit card. If your card may be accepted but you can't do any transaction from your debit card. You must need a credit card for paypal or you should read a guideline of paypal.

    Sorry to say, but paypal does't accept any Debit Card.
    You can only use a Credit Card to initiate you paypal account.
    Try ICICI Bank Card
