Which hosting affiliate is the best?

    I have 3 hosting affiliate programs in my mind.

    1. Hostgator - paying $50/$100 each signup
    2. HostMonster - paying $65 each signup
    3. BlueHost - paying $65 each signup

    Ok I am in hostgator and through CJ where they pay $100. But this hosting needs 2 months before I get the commission.

    Anyone have any idea on Hostmonster and especially on BlueHost?
    How are they paying?
