    Hosted and managed in-house.

BTW... Finally got all services compiled and installed properly (all the dependencies were a bitch)... PHP 5.1.4, Memcache and eAccelerator running on top of Apache 2 (pre-forking), MySQL 5.0.21 and Memcached (daemon).

Just need to start tuning/configuring services and write some management tools to keep some of the files in sync across multiple blades/servers.

Yep... assuming I could dedicate all my time to it, it would have already been done.

Managed inhouse? Very cool. Too bad I don't live in the US to do the same.

What does that have to do with being in the US?

Shawn, didn't you co-locate in the same datacentre as Google and Yahoo etc.?

I dont know about rest of countries, but internet is a little expensive here in India. A shared 4 MBPS line with only 30GB data transfer allowed costs around $300 per month.

There are better packages available (bandwidth wise) for internet but only people opting for those packages are either selling hosting (space) or have many employees.

Hardware is no issue, you can get the same hardware (as in US) at almost similar price.

Shawn, you are a very smart man...I used to be jealous of your income, but I realize now that you are hard-working and genius. :D

Congratulations to you. Normally I'm a snobby twirt in forums too, so consider this a big compliment big boy. ;)
