Yohimbe (or however it's spelled) is what you see as a main ingredient in a lot of those "male enhancement pills" as it is believed to be an aphrodisiac/stimulant.

My gym coach suggested me "Whey protein" to build my stamina, i often get tired after 30-40 mins of aerobic workout. I have been taking this "whey protein" since last 2 weeks, i see increase in my stamina and sexual drive. The protein powder has also shown good effect on my sex stamina as well. Now days i jog upto 600 metres without any stops, hope i could go on to 1-2 kms soon...
Just a good balanced diet and moderation with junk food and alcohol. Exercise is really good for you too since it increases blood circulation etc. As of for the herb, try ginseng or onion.
I don't think just one herb will change your life and make you fit and physically/sexually health. If you find yourself lacking those you need to change your overall daily routine and habits. Good overall diet and exercise and a good night's sleep can do the magic.
