I'm trying to decide whether to use the Kayoka help desk or the Live Person help desk on my site. Can anyone provide any guidance as to which one may be better. I do like the fact that you can buy Kayoka outright as opposed to paying a monthly subscription fee, but I want to know what you guys experience has been. Thanks, RJ
Hi RJ, I use Kayako and am very happy with it - when I bought it I was able to buy it outright... If you want updates etc you need to keep up with the license fee, but you don't have to do that if you don't want to. Hope that helps, Dave.
kayako is great.. have tested against ceberus and just easier to use with kayako.. have seen a few other sites using the same platform for support. get the license outright if you can.
