Which heading/ Design do you prefer?

I am in the middle of creating a sebsite and have two designs that i have come up with (below). Which of the two do you think looks more pleasing on the eye if any.
Would appreciate your input as it is very important to me.

It's highly subjective, as they both look pretty good and they both get the job done, but I would say I prefer #1.

 

There Both ok, BUT if you need some help designing a template feel free to contact me. I could make it way more appealing.

 

I like the 2nd one better, but it could use a bit more refining.

 

I think 2nd one is professional.So go ahead with it.
