I reckon it's to help noobs get their post count up. I've been reading DP for a couple of years (along with other forums and books etc) and I've only bothered to become a member because I wanted to post on the buy and sell bit. For that I need 25 posts. So I for one was happy he asked the question and delighted to have been able to respond.

These funny crap threads are more around DP especially from people who want their post count gets high.... I wonder why are you sitting before your PC/Laptop when two girls are on your side
