there are two ways to make our body fit. to have a good physique is not a indication of fit body. Fit body has various component, if any individual want to be fit then he/she should be mentally fit also as well as physical fitness, so to make body mentally fit we used indoor game or recreation game like"chess,cards" & to make body physically fit we play the outdoor game like cricket, football.
