You really think the Wii Fit makes you fit? LOL If you want to get fit and build strength at home, lose the game controller and do some body weight exercises.
There are lots of games which makes our body fit and keep mind active. but one of my favourite game cricket which keeps body fit and mind active
If it means video game, i have to say Dance Dance Revolution is good. We can dance and burning calories also, make some good score. Compete with friends, etc. But for outdoor playing, i have to say that playing with my younger brother can make me healthier
Sorry mate, but I don't agree with your statement. Wii Fit has proven to be a huge benefit for people that don't do any excerise. Have you actually played the games yourself? I played Wii Tennis the other day for two hours straight with my fiance, and my arm muscles the next day were sore as anything, which means they were being used in a great amount. Additionaly I continued, and can see my muscles growing where they weren't previously. PS: I'm not unfit, I have a six pack and am bulk enough, it was just interesting. Mojachie.
I use my wii fit for tracking my progress. The body test is cool!!!!!!!!! I don't use it to workout. I prefer running or something else.

I think the Wii Fit games are pretty darn cool! Not all are great, but there are about 20 that are worth buying. The one that comes with the Wii Fit system is pretty good alone. I love that it emphasizes balance, which is important as we get older (don't fall down and break a hip!).
