Excellent question. yes in my opinion all the outdoor games are good for keeping our health fit. Because all this type of games has to move body.
Mostly all outdoor games make our body fit , but from my opinion football is the best game for our body as lots of exercise is involved in it. Badminton is not a bad game either .
I think all outdoor games along with some indoor games like badminton, table tennis etc are good for health. Martial arts is one of the best game well known for body makeup and good health.

I choose Wii Fit Plus, and it had certified by UK department of healthy. Play games is not only to release our body, but also smooth our emotion of suffering pressure from work, family and so on. Healthy is so important to us. We must pay attention to it.
Squash is a very intensive sport. But pretty much any outdoor exercise makes your body fit. Just have to be consistent!
