I try to to eat fruits everyday but sometimes I have a busy schedule, and I won't eat any fruit for a few days. Lately I've been eating a lot of nectarines and peaches.
Banana with breakfast, apricot during the day. My favorite is pineapple but only when it is good (pretty rare in the UK!)
Mostly It's Banana, since it's rather cheap...sometime I have Orange and Apple too. I eat it after I take breakfast and supper
Banana is good to eat daily, it simply purifies the blood and makes your skin glow , makes your bone fit , but little bit high in cholesterol. And apple to keep away from doctor.
bananas for me! seems to be the fruit of choice for a lot of people, maybe because its easy to open and not messy?
