Banana, Apple, Pear, Orange, Grapes, Plums, Watermelon, Blueberries (in my porridge), I could go on... I have eaten like this for the past 18 months and the benefits I have seen are amazing - ive not had a cold in ages!! Get as much of it as you can I say. Although I am kinda lucky, I love it!
just made a smoothie from bananas, strawberrys and some blueberries, added a little maca, ashwagandha powder and it tasted like a mcdonalds milkshake.
I drink my fruit! Acai, blueberry and Pomengrante smoothies everyday. There awesome and good for you too!
