I love Fruit I mostly have Mangoes and Peaches and apples, i actually have a mango tree in my backyard which is great haha get to eat alot of mangoes

this really isnt true plus fruit are so low in calories that you'd have to eat masses of them to put on any fat from the fructose content no matter what time.
I do a little bit gym, so I eat bananas on daily basis to fit my body and strengthen my muscles. I do eat apples but not regularly.
I love fruit but I eat Bananas alot. They have alot of vitamins and cholestorol or sodium. Plus they taste good. I love to cut one up and put it in my honey nut cheerios
