Ohh very nice info! I knew banana give some energy, but didnt now about those natural sugars, but what if I have 1 at breakfast and 2 before training, each day, combined to my daily diet, of fibers, yogurt, rice, meat and bread, of course in small portions, should this make me gain weight?
