hi..i'm totally agreed with sreeja.."an apple a day keep away the doctor''..and i think it works on me. An apple a day especially the green one..rich with antioxidant that can lower cholesterol and increase 'good' cholesterol in our body..really love it..yummy yummy..
I know for sure that fruits are one of the most important food for us, but sometimes I forget to have... I know and I dont do it lol... but I love papayas, strawberry and oranges
You know what, my favorite one is mango, it is not only a delicious fruit, but also holds a great degree of nutritional value!
