Berries are amazing for your health without being packed with sugar. Pineapple and papaya are great for cancer prevention. I usually eat red cherries, blueberries, bananas, tomatoes, avacado, and pineapple daily. On occasion I have apples, raspberries and oranges. Dry fruits raise your blood sugar which makes your body more prone to most diseases, the fiber and water content in fruit itself make it not raise your blood sugar, so it's much healthier!
Yes. i'd love to eat fruit very much. I like grapes,mangos, apples, bananas, peaches, pears....And everyday I will eat an apple. That's great!
Banana. It's rich in potassium and iron. Whenever I eat banana, it makes me feel good. Banana is always on my top grocery list.
Banana every morning without fail! I also eat lots of grapes and strawberries! Really love my fruit. Smoothies are great too.
