I have a lot of tropical fruit in Malaysia, I eat Banana and Papaya almost all the time. Orange and Apple are imported so a bit costly
I do not eat fruits daily but I usually eat water melon, grapes, and pine apple; fruits what my mom always bought at the market.
I'm trying to eat only fruit at breakfast and dinner. It's a process where I have to adapt to that. I enjoy a huge variety of fruits. But I was never a great fan of apples... You should eat 2 or 3 serving of fruit per day.
You should actually eat 5 portions of fruit a day - not 2 or 3. so much for "an Apple a day keeps the doctor away"
