Definitely Fiverr, it converts well for me as a freelancer AND I get simple jobs done in no time and for really low cost. You will even find people doing difficult jobs on Fiverr for $5-$10! I just love Fiverr... Elance is great, too. Just don't use it that often as I see more sales on Fiverr.

Iwriter is another good choice. That site is proving to be a top notch for leveraged writing jobs. Not too costly, not too cheap.

I've been using Fiverr, Elance and Freelancer. Fiverr was great, until recently they increased the price to $5.50? So far I have been hiring great freelancers on Freelancer, not so much on Elance though. Esp writers - look through their resume and portfolios and you will be surprised at the gems that you can find there.

I am using oDesk for high qualified web development (but only if I am looking for just 1 person).
I am using Elance if I need a team (web developers).
For content I am using Elance.
For links - fiverr & DP.
For design - I do myself... but I do also like 99designs.

I use Fiverr and Elance. Fiverr is a great place where people can fast do small job for small money. We sometimes need translations for our project and fiverr is one of cheapest place where we can outsource it.
Elance we use for web outsource. If we know that we have no resources to do part of job we can immediately post work on Elance and find developer who'll do it.
