    Which FREE shopping cart is easiest to skin? Only other requirements are the ability to sell digital product and take paypal.

    OS Commerce http://www.oscommerce.com/ wasn't too bad to skin and it can certainly handle the other requirements that you mentioned. Probably the best E-Commerce package that I have used.

    are there many free skins out there that can be modified? Or did you have to do it yourself?
