Which free blogging service do you prefer and why?

    Hi

Im curious of which free blogging service you use and why you may use a particular one.

I currently use blogger.com and will possibly be starting another couple of blogs, is there anything that has made you choose one free service for blogging over another?

I welcome any suggestions and views.

    Thanks ladies and gents

Hi, I too use Blogger for my Blogs, but I have found another one I will be exploring soon. It's called Blog Explosion
Let me know what you think of it.
    Cheers

I don't understand why anyone would use anything but Wordpress... That said, when it's hosted by them, it's nowhere near as functional.

I wouldn't have a problem if you didn't like football although I've always been told never to trust a man who doesn't go mental about a piece of leather flying into a net!

    I support Birmingham City.

One of our neighbours was a Blues fan, he sadly passed away less than a year ago but his family managed to get his ashes scattered at the ground, if theres a heaven he will be smiling from it i bet. ;)

Blogger is good if you're an absolute beginner. So is Wordpress that is hosted at wordpress.com. But I prefer downloading Wordpress (http://www.wordpress.org) because I like to make my own changes and customizations. There is a learning curve in the beginning but well worth it if you're going to have more than one blog. On top of that there are tons of plugins for WordPress.

However, Blogger does give you much more control over the template than Wordpress
