Which Free Billing software Would be Good for Managing hosting Account

    I would like to start a shared hosting system , so let me know which free billing software be good to manage this.I want users to sign up and select their hosting plan and want to process.Also the option to support ticket

    I gave up looking for various decent free ones a few months ago, and now just use WHMCS for $10 per month :)
