Which forums I can run without license?

    First, I don't know where to register this message, I hope that this is the right place.
    Now for the question,
    I want to start forum, but before I buy license I want to start with forum that not need license,
    Please suggest me forums that not need licenses please.

    phpBB is free. It's pretty good. I use to run a pretty good forum with it then I had to stop because it kept getting bombarded with spam bots.

    MyBB and vBulletin are pretty similar I use MyBB. Also PunBB is a nice forum, Its nice and clean which I very much enjoy.

    I would reccomend MyBB also, a wise choice of you want a organized looking forum, PhpBB is also good though dont get me wrong, it depends which type of look your doing for.

    Technically all forums have license but some are a free "open source" license that is GNU/GPL. What you're asking is for a free forum software.

    I also suggest MyBB. http://www.mybboard.net for its rich features, good layout, and strong support.
