Which forum topic can members describe a bad experience in?

While whining is common, is there a forum here which is best for 'objectively' describing an experience that wasn't so good, that may be helpful in preventing honest people losing money?

I mean a thread of info that allows the reader to make his own decision.. like copies of emails, screen shots and other related info but NOT just a flaming, subjective whine. Even a link to a url where the stuff can be displayed without using DP forum bandwidth etc.

The experience I have in mind [surprise, surprise] does not involve a member of this community [as far as I can see] but does affect people buying and selling web sites/scripts etc.

As a newish member I thought I'd ask first before posting anything like this, as I like scouring here for the odd bargain since I recently discovered the place and don't particularly want to piss off the management ;)

Advice of wiser heads would be appreciated.

Thats new information to me. But the FAQ doesn't say that you will get an infraction for that.

Thanks.. it appears that this would be a bad idea then
