    But among free ones

    Phpbb and MYBB is Good

    phpbb is lighter than IPB and VB but can be easily hacked, At least at the phpBB2 versions

    Look at MyBB too, I used to go with SMF a lot, but MyBB seems to be doind well off late, its the best free vB clone out there in my opinion.
