    Please suggest me which forum will be appropriate for this offer, I don't want to screw up and be bunned )

    If you're running the contest on the forum, post in the contests section. If you just want to plug one elsewhere, add a link to it in your signature instead. Anything else, especially from a new member that hasn't contributed much yet, would be considered spam.

    And actually, you don't meet the requirements to post anything in the contests area yet anyway.
