Which footer is better for my website?

Hi all,

I made a new footer for my website. Can you tell me which one is better? The old one www.sonerertim.org 's footer or www.sonerertim.org/index5.php 's footer?

I've got to choose the second one too... it's just the first one seems to be a black block appearing from nowhere :S
