    Another good font website (they have free fonts which are pretty unique) is fontfreak.com also try to google a font search engine it might help you find your font.

    This is another helpful tool. It's a step by step process.
    You answer 9 questions and it tells you the font name,
    (if its in the linotype library)

    what kinda file is it?
    PDF PSD JPEG
    you could possibly open it in PS or whatever and check if the text hasnt been rasterized or the layers havent been flattened....
