    Hey,it seems that you've many questions .I don't mean that you can't ask questions here,I do mean you'd better do a search on SE's before you posting here.

    Regarding your question,what do you want to backup?
    The posts on your posts or your themes,plugins?
    If you want to backup the posts,download the database.Otherwise,take a look at the files via ftp.
